Tulsa Suspends Swilling Jr. Indefinitely

The University of Tulsa announced basketball player Patrick Swilling Jr. has been suspended from the team indefinitely.

The suspension comes as a result of a pending university disciplinary investigation and hearing. The university released the following, one-sentence statement on Wednesday.

"Patrick Swilling Jr. has been suspended from The University of Tulsa basketball team pending a university disciplinary investigation and hearing."

It should be noted that the suspension comes from the university and not the athletic department.

The senior guard is averaging 8.6 points per game in 22.6 minutes off the bench. He's also shooting 33.3 percent from 3-point range.
