The Tulsa Police Department arrested two men after an armed robbery early Monday.
Police said three men armed with a shotgun broke into an apartment in the 5300 block of East 47th Place at about 1 a.m.
Officers said the men tied up their victims and demanded drugs and computers. Police said one of the suspects used a carpet stapler on a victim's lips. The men also took a black Dodge Challenger belonging to one of the victims.
Officers said they got a tip the car could be found at the Whataburger at 14th and Peoria at about 3 a.m. Police officers found the car and two men eating inside the restaurant.
They were identifed as Angel Rodriguez, 22, and Mario Mediano, 19.
Police called the restaurant and had the employees move inside a cooler, then entered the Whataburger and arrested Rodriguez and Mediano.
Police said they found the items taken in the robbery inside the car.
Angel Rodriguez was booked into the Tulsa County jail on complaints of first-degree burglary, robbery with a firearm, possession of a stolen vehicle, possession of stolen property and possession of a firearm. He is being held in lieu of $112,000 bond.
Mario Mediano was booked on complaints of first-degree burglary, robbery with a firearm and joyriding. His bond was set at $140,500.
Jail records show Rodriguez has a February 14, 2014 court appearance and Mediano has a February 18, 2014 court appearance.
