An arrest report gives new information about a Tulsa man arrested for sex crimes.

Owasso Police say Josh Snow tried to bribe two minor boys with several items including an electronic cigarette and iTunes cards in return for sexual favors.

Snow, 35, is in Tulsa County Jail on seven felony counts including lewd proposals to a child, procuring juvenile pornography and contributing to the delinquency of minors.

An Owasso mother approached police January 27 to say she had discovered Snow was requesting sexual favors and pornographic photos of her son in exchange for an electronic cigarette, an arrest report states.

Police say their investigation showed Snow had provided the boy and a friend of his with "marijuana, alcohol, tobacco, snacks and iTunes cards" for photos and sexual favors.

Police say a detective began communicating with Snow using one of the juvenile's iPods. The detective eventually arranged to meet Snow at a Tulsa restaurant while posing as the 13-year-old boy, according to police records. Snow reportedly agreed to bring cigarettes and marijuana to exchange for a pornographic video of the boys.

Officers arrested Snow in the parking lot of the restaurant where he allegedly agreed to meet the boys. He had a bag of marijuana and a pack of Marlboro Lights, the report states.

Joshua Dale Snow is being held in lieu of a $91,000 bond.
