Strong winds are blamed for power outages in Craig, Mayes, Rogers and Tulsa counties early Monday.

Strong winds are blamed for power outages in Craig, Mayes, Rogers and Tulsa counties early Monday.

Public Service Company of Oklahoma says the number of those without power in Tulsa now stands at 15.

Outside of Tulsa in Chouteau, Inola and Vinita, PSO says about 70 customers are without power.

At the height of the outage, PSO said over 7,000 customers in Rogers and Tulsa counties were without electric service.

The utility expects all power to be restored by 8:30 a.m.
