A Tulsa man was arrested and charged after a federal investigation led to reported evidence of sexual abuse and possession of child pornography.
Kenneth Morain was charged in federal court on Wednesday for three separate counts of sexual abuse with a child under 12.
According to reports, a search warrant was issued for Morain's vehicle in December 2013. The FBI and Tulsa Police conducted the search and at the same time, reports say Morain, 62, was using his computer to connect to Wi-Fi from a nearby building.
In a written statement by Morain, he stated, "I have been using my netbook to access unsecured Wi-Fi connections to access child pornography. I have been viewing videos and pictures of underage girls."
This month, Morain was interviewed by FBI agents; where officials say he gave descriptions of times he had given hugs and rubbed the behinds of three young girls who had been in his care at the time.
Officials also say he gave multiple descriptions of times he brushed up against young girls in public.
Morain was arrested and charged Thursday and jail records show he is being held on $150,000 bond.
