Contempt Charge Dropped Against Oklahoma's Dusten Brown

There's new information about a Green Country father who fought for custody of his daughter Veronica. A judge dropped the contempt of court charges against Dusten Brown.

Brown was charged after disobeying a judge's order to turn over custody of the little girl to Matt and Melanie Capobianco. Brown eventually gave up the fight and surrendered custody to the South Carolina couple.

The Capobiancos are still seeking more than $1 million in legal fees and expenses from Brown and the Cherokee Nation.
