Second Lawsuit Filed Over Oklahoma City Ten Commandments Monument

Another group is filing a lawsuit over the Ten Commandments monument at the state capitol.

American Atheists Incorporated and two of its Oklahoma members say the monument is a state sponsored endorsement of religion which makes it unconstitutional.

A similar lawsuit is already pending in the courts.

Some religious groups say if there is a Christian monument, they want one too.

The Satanic Temple has even submitted a plan to build a statue of Satan on capitol grounds.
