Charles Johnson was also charged with possession of a stolen vehicle, possession of methamphetamine and possession or selling of paraphernalia.
Investigators were led to a missing man's skeleton on a tip that came as they investigated a quadruple murder that took place on November 23, 2013, in north Tulsa.
The remains belonged to a man - Duchone Whitworth - who had been missing since October, according to TPD Sgt. Dave Walker. Walker said Charles Johnson was driving around in the missing man's Buick with a new license plate.
Pauline Johnson, 43, and Charles Johnson, 67, are in Tulsa County Jail. Court documents show the two married in November 2013. Records show they applied for a marriage license about two weeks after the murder.
Baker, 28, is still at large. He is described as a white male who 6'01" tall and weighs 200 pounds. If you can help police locate him, call Crime Stoppers at 918-596-COPS.
