Across Green Country - Christmas Eve church services are getting underway. Going to a Christmas Eve service is as much a holiday tradition for some as putting up a tree or exchanging presents.
Trinity Episcopal Church in downtown Tulsa is holding its Children's Christmas pageant at 5 p.m. Every year they sing carols and perform the retelling of the birth of Jesus.
Trinity has two more services at 9 and 11 p.m.
First Baptist Church in downtown Tulsa holds a special candlelight Christmas Eve service at 6 p.m.
Along with hearing a sermon and singing Christmas songs, people at many services are also celebrating Communion.
Be sure to check your church's web site to see what Christmas Eve services are planned.
