Tulsa Police: Midtown Car Thief Caught On Surveillance Video

Surveillance video caught a man stealing a Cadillac from a parking lot in Tulsa.

Police say surveillance video recorded the man on December 2, 2013 as he walked through a parking lot at 4345 E. 46th Street.

The video shows the man entering an open gated lot and then a witness saw him drive off in a red 2004 Cadillac four-door coupe.

The vehicle has Oklahoma tag 758-FMM.

The man has dark hair and was wearing a gray shirt and dark-colored pants at the time of the theft.
