A Coweta man was arrested for indecent exposure last week. Christopher Inglish was supposed to be arraigned Wednesday, but that's been postponed until December.
Some of his neighbors say this isn't the first time they've seen him naked in front of their children.
Lacey Grey and JuliAnn Nixon said they don't feel they can even let their children play in the yard without worrying about what they might see.
They say the first incident happened last April.
"He was standing on his porch naked and when he saw him, he ran back inside quickly and shut the door," said Lacey Grey.
Grey said she called police, but the man told officers he'd been wearing tan shorts, making it his word against hers, so nothing could be done.
They say the next incident happened on May 1.
A court document says, that time, he was walking inside and outside his garage nude and police warned him, if he was going to be nude, he had to be where no one could see him.
The most recent incident was last Tuesday.
Grey said she went into her backyard to get her 4-year-old daughter and the man was standing outside his back door. She said she and her neighbor and her little girl all saw him.
Lacey Grey: "His cat was inside the house, the door, and he bent over to get the cat and shut the door."
Reporter Lori Fullbright: "And, he was totally naked again?"
Lacey Grey: "Totally, completely naked."
Police were called again and Christopher Inglish was arrested for indecent exposure. A report says he told police the cat darted outside and he went out after it without putting on clothes, because he was afraid the cat would run away.
"This is a kid-friendly neighborhood, and I want it to stay that way," said JuliAnn Nixon.
"And we live close to a school and kids are always walking by here on their way to and from school," Grey added.
We knocked on Inglish's door and asked for his side of the story. He didn't want to say anything until the case is resolved, but he did stress he is innocent until proven guilty.
Grey and Nixon said they believe he makes a point of coming outside when the children are out playing.
Inglish's arraignment is set for December 11.
