Two Injured In Sapulpa Rollover Wreck

Authorities say driving under the influence of alcohol likely played a part in a rollover wreck Sunday morning. The driver was exiting westbound Creek Turnpike to the Turner Turnpike in Sapulpa at about 2:30 a.m.

An Oklahoma Highway Patrol trooper told News On 6 the driver may have been asleep behind the wheel when she failed to make a curve.

The SUV knocked out a traffic sign, went up an embankment and rolled back down.

The driver was taken to the hospital with unknown injuries. A female passenger was also injured.
