Deputies: Man Shot In Dispute With Fellow Sand Springs Business Owner

One Sand Springs business owner took aim at another Thursday afternoon.

Sgt. Travis Jones, with the Tulsa County Sheriff's Office said the two men lease space on the same property near Highway 97 and West 55th Street.

Investigators believe the men are involved in ongoing dispute, which got heated enough Thursday, that one of them pulled out a gun and pulled the trigger.

The victim was taken to the hospital, but his injuries are not life threatening.

Deputies are questioning the suspect.
