Oklahoma Man Wanted For Theft Of Cattle

Authorities say Larry Gene Smith Jr., 48, who goes by Snag, stole cattle from landowner Jet McCoy near Allen.

Law enforcement is searching for a man who allegedly stole 99 head of cattle in Pontotoc County.

Authorities say Larry Gene Smith Jr., 48, who goes by Snag, stole cattle from landowner Jet McCoy near Allen.

Jerry Flowers, chief agent with the Oklahoma Department of Agriculture, Food and Forestry says the cattle went missing October 8.

Flowers says Smith and an accomplice stole the steers and sold some at a livestock show in Atoka recently.

A warrant has been issued for his arrest and a bond is set at $500,000.

Jet McCoy appeared with his brother Cord on the 16th season of CBS' The Amazing Race.
