There's new information about an investigation of Osage Nation Chief John Red Eagle.
Members of the Select Committee of Inquiry Osage Nation Congress say they've found seven allegations sufficient to remove Chief Red Eagle from office.
The allegations involve violating and failing to uphold Osage Nation law, abuse of power, and interfering with an Attorney General investigation.
The committee interviewed 40 people over a two-month period during its investigation of 15 allegations against Chief Red Eagle.
The Committee recommended to the Congress that six of the counts go to trial.
