Tulsa Senior Center Celebrates New Dog Park With Pet Costume Contest

Some local pet owners got into the Halloween spirit Monday. Tulsa retirement community Woodland Terrace held a pet costume contest.

They just opened a new dog park and wanted to celebrate.

Residents dressed up their dogs and showed them off. They voted a little poodle named "Casey" the best dressed pooch.

But every pet got a treat.
