A rush-hour wreck on westbound Broken Arrow Expressway near the interchange with Interstate 44 snarled traffic Tuesday morning. Police responded to the wreck shortly before 7 a.m.
Authorities say a teenage driver was changing lanes and didn't realize traffic was stopped. She then ran into a pickup truck.
The pickup struck another vehicle, then rolled over twice down the hill. Two people in the truck had non life-threatening injuries, police say.
Traffic backed up for several miles behind the wreck. Drivers are urged to avoid the area if possible.
Tulsa police also worked a rush hour wreck on Highway 169 near Interstate 44. It did not appear to be an injury accident.
