Tulsa Police: Incident At Utica Square Leads To Hospital Lockdown

Tulsa Police are investigating an incident at Utica Square that led to a lockdown at St. John Medical Center.

Police tell News On 6 a woman ran into the Pottery Barn store and told a clerk her brother had pulled a gun on her during an argument. 

Officer Leland Ashley says witnesses saw the man, who he identified as James Comen, 33, running to St. John Medical Center across the street. Ashley says the hospital was placed on lockdown, but Comen was not found.

A few minutes later, officers located Comen near 13th and Harvard where he was taken into custody and questioned. No gun was found according to Ashley.

Police continue to investigate.
