A Tulsa woman who reportedly broke into a neighbor's house then was involved in a police chase and standoff is now in jail. Shelia Wright, 54, had been hospitalized since the incidents that took place Wednesday, September 25, 2013.
She was booked Monday on complaints of first degree attempted burglary and two counts of pointing a deadly weapon with intent. Wright is being held on a $60,000 bond.
Police say Wright tried to kick in the front door of a neighbor's house at 47th St North and Elgin while carrying a gun - for no apparent reason. The neighbor told News On 6 he chased her off then followed her when she drove away.
