Wagoner County Sheriff's Office Looking For Arsonist

Two small fires at a rural home west of Wagoner on September 20 has Wagoner County Sheriff's Office deputies searching for an arsonist.

Deputies say someone used a container with a flammable liquid at two separate areas on the outside of the home at Highway 51 and County 230 Road.

One area was the porch railing, the other was around a window of the home.

The sheriff's office says witnesses reported seeing a dark colored, possibly dark green SUV speeding away from the area at the time.

Physical evidence at the scene has been sent to the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation's lab to be analyzed.

There is a $2,500 reward leading to the arrest of those responsible.
