Two Tulsa Police officers, sued over a traffic stop, are cleared of any wrongdoing.

The lawsuit claimed Officers Kevin Warne and James Bohannon abused their powers during a traffic stop in October 2010.

Brian Lumpkin claimed the officers made him do push-ups in order to avoid a ticket, then joked about it over the police radio.

Below is a transcript of the police radio recordings from the night of October, 25, 2010:

Warne: "So, I should start calling you drill instructor Bohannon, sir?"
Bohannon: "Did you see that?" (Laughing)
Warne: "Yeah. (laughing) I was wondering what you guys were talking about."
Bohannon: "I told him 'Hey, you're going to have to give me some push-ups if you want to not get any tickets."

Jurors found that Lumpkin was never forced to do any push-ups, and that the traffic stop and vehicle search were legal.
