Hundreds of American Airlines and US Airways employees are in Washington Wednesday for a rally at the US Capitol in support of the merger of the two airlines.
The US Department of Justice filed a lawsuit to block the merger earlier this year and the two airlines said in response, they're sending employees to the nation's capitol in hopes of changing the minds of Congress towards the merger.
The event is called a "D.C. Fly-In."
