A Tulsa County judge has denied a grand jury petition filed September 13, 2013, to investigate the 2012 drowning death of a Sand Springs 19-month-old.
In an order filed Tuesday, Judge William Kellough stated the petition was "sufficient in part and insufficient in part."
Gary Schooley stated in his petition to impanel a grand jury, that his aunt, Nita Teague, "failed to provide proper supervision," of his daughter, "by not monitoring her properly."
