Police Arrest 22-Year-Old Charged With Rape

Police Monday arrested a Tulsa man accused of holding a woman in his apartment and raping her repeatedly.

Arthur Gunner Carlson, 22, faces three counts each of first degree rape and rape by instrumentation, as well as two counts of forcible sodomy and one count of assault and battery.

Police say the victim filed a report back on April 25, 2013, claiming Carlson kept her in his apartment against her will and repeatedly assaulted her when she resisted his advances.

Carlson was charged Monday. He is being held on $416,000 bond.
