A Tulsa man was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol after an early morning car crash. Tulsa police say Kyle Tsosie Smith's car crashed into another vehicle then burst into flames shortly after midnight.
Firefighters were able to quickly put out the car fire.
Police told News On 6 it was unclear which car had the right of way at 41st and Peoria, but say the 25-year-old Smith failed a field sobriety test and was taken to jail.
Officers say he staggered, had slurred speech, blood-shot eyes and smelled of alcohol. His blood alcohol content was .13, according to an arrest report.
The other driver was taken to a local hospital with what were believed to be minor injuries.
