Keystone Dam 'Potty Peeper' Pleads Guilty, Sentenced To 1 Year In Jail

The man accused of hiding in a Keystone Dam bathroom septic tank and watching women use the toilet from beneath it pleaded guilty to a Peeping Tom charge Thursday.

Kenneth Enlow was sentenced to a year in jail.

He was arrested last month at the dam after a woman and her daughter spotted him in the water of the latrine they were using.
