A Tulsa man spent the night in jail after police say he threatened someone with a knife and repeatedly mooned his neighbors. Jeremy Jason Palmer was arrested early Sunday on three felony complaints: assault with a deadly weapon, threatening a violent act and indecent exposure.

Witnesses in the 1300 block of East 8th Street said Palmer had a large kitchen knife and made threats including, "I will see you dead." He reportedly told someone he wanted to "snap his head off, then he will be dead," and laughed, an arrest report states.

Palmer's neighbor also said the 38-year-old man came out on several occasions and mooned them.

He is being held on a $55,000 bond.
