A couple were arrested after police reportedly found a methamphetamine lab in an apartment where a toddler was present.

The 2-year-old girl was found in "very bad living conditions," according to an arrest report.

Police were initially dispatched to the South Tulsa apartment on a disturbance call on Friday, but said Samuel Harris, 38, and Kerri Padron, 41, were manufacturing meth at the Country Hollow Apartments, located near 81st Street and Yale Avenue.

The report says the couple consented to a search and officers found components for a meth lab, including a gas generator, tubing and bottle of sludge. The search also revealed a functional meth lab still under pressure, the report said.

Records show the two are being held at the Tulsa County jail on endeavoring to manufacture meth and child endangerment complaints.
