Oklahoma Veterans Honored With Korean Ambassador For Peace Medals

The sacrifice of dozens of Oklahoma veterans was honored at the Claremore Veteran's Center Friday.

Eighty-six war heroes at the veteran's center were presented with the Korean Ambassador for Peace Medal.

The medals were presented from the Seoul Korean Veterans Association.

It's a symbol of thanks for preserving that country's freedom and democracy during the Korean War.
