For the third time in a week, Tulsa Police have found a child out wandering around alone.
Over the last week there have been a couple of cases of children being found, without their parents, but this time a mother called police about her missing little boy, after he decided to go somewhere and play.

It's hard to tell, because 4-year-old Devin Owens isn't talking much about it yet, but it could have been a pair of shoes that started the problems.
They're brand new, and he was wanting to show them off.
The police got involved when Devin's mother called them about 11 o'clock Monday morning, after realizing Devin wasn't in the house. The door was open, and he wasn't in the yard, either.
Four police officers started a search of the neighborhood.
"Terrorizing. It's very scary, very, very scary. Lots of prayer, but very scary," said mother Katrina Owens.
His mother said Devin hadn't ever run off before, and other than the new shoes, he was still in his pajamas.
Devin's new shoes had carried him 7/10 of a mile, down the street to a corner, where he was found. A woman saw him standing there crying, and she flagged down a police officer.
"A lady drove around the corner and flagged me down and said, 'I don't know what you're looking for, but there's a little boy down the next street running up and down crying and he looks lost,'" said Captain Steve Odum.
Captain Odum drove over and found Devin, within 30 minutes of the report that he was lost.
"He was standing on the corner, crying, and saying he didn't know where his house was," Odum said.
Devin's a little shy now, but he's sticking to his story.
Devin Owens: "I was going over to my friends house."
Reporter Emory Bryan: "Did you ever find him?"
Devin Owens: "No."
His mother believes he might have meant to go the other direction to see a friend with a pool.
"He has boundaries, so I don't know. We haven't had time to address that yet. We will today," she said.
In the two cases last week, police are still investigating and there could be charges of negligence against the parents.
In this case, the police say there is no indication of anything other a little boy eager to see the world around him.
