As we saw with the tornadoes that ripped through Oklahoma, homes can be devastated and families can be left at a loss at how to rebuild.
But MODS International may have the answer. They use old shipping containers and turn them into temporary homes.
These living spaces will be delivered furnished and ready for a family to move in.
Most tornado victims will only live in them for six to 12 months, but these mods are sturdy, having withstood winds of up to 200 miles per hour.
"It's fantastic. I can't wait to go down and set this up for the family," said Brian Fezatte, of MODS International Marketing.
The mods cost about $40,000. The federal government considered using the mods for Superstorm Sandy victims, but sequestration has kept that from happening.
