Deputies are looking for one of Wagoner County's most wanted, accused of lewd molestation and first degree rape of a victim under 14 years old.
Wagoner County issued a felony warrant with no bond for 25-year-old Melvin Gonazalez-Lopez last week.
Authorities say Gonzalez-Lopez is 5-foot-3 and about 145 lbs.
They say he recently worked at the Ruby Tuesday's at 31st and South Memorial, in Tulsa, under the name "Carlos Miranda." The Wagoner County Sheriff's Office says he may also be going by "Mario Depaz," but he usually goes by "Carlos."
The Sheriff's Office says Gonzalez-Lopez might be in the Tulsa or Oklahoma City areas, or may be headed to Texas or Alabama. They say he was last seen driving a white 2000 Pontiac Grand Am bearing the Oklahoma plate: 130EVD.
