Officials say more than 12,000 barrels of oil and water have been recovered after a crude oil pipeline ruptured in central Arkansas.
Police called for the evacuation of 22 homes in a Mayflower subdivision after the ExxonMobil pipeline ruptured Friday.
ExxonMobil said Sunday that the cause of the spill remains under investigation. The company says about 50 claims have been filed so far by people affected by the oil spill.
The company says 15 vacuum trucks and 33 storage tanks are in use to clean up and temporarily store the oil. ExxonMobil says it sent 120 workers to respond to the incident alongside federal, state and local responders.
Mayflower is about 20 miles northwest of Little Rock.
