Tulsa-Based Flintco Announces Promotions

Tulsa-based Flintco LLC announced Tuesday the naming of a new board chairman and the expanded role for a division president.

Tom Maxwell has been named Chairman of the Board for Flintco. He remains Chief Executive Officer. Maxwell joined the company in 1983 as Chief Financial Officer. He was named CEO in 1988.

In a news release, Flintco stated under Maxwell's leadership, company revenues have grown from $55 million to more than $1 billion.

"I am extremely proud to continue leading the company," said Tom Maxwell. "Our focus continues on outstanding service, superior craftsmanship and dedication to the communities we serve. The future is bright for Flintco."

Dave Kollmann, who is over the firm's Tulsa and Albuquerque offices has also been promoted to Executive Vice President. 

Flintco was founded in 1908 and has since grown into one of the largest commercial contractors in the nation. Alberici Corporation acquired Flintco in 2013.
