William Boyd Sturdivant, a Tulsa man who gained notoriety after camping out on a communications tower in 2011, is in the Tulsa County Jail. Sturdivant was taken into custody Monday afternoon on an outstanding misdemeanor warrant for speeding.
Sturdivant was arrested Monday afternoon after Tulsa police responded to a report of a disturbance at the 26-year-old man's home, according to an arrest report. He remains in Tulsa County Jail on a $150 bond.
A records check shows Sturdivant was driving 101 mph in a 65 mph zone in the 100 block of South Highway 169 in January of 2012.

Sturdivant spent six days, nearly 128 hours, on the Clear Channel radio tower at 27th and Memorial. He was talked down from the structure by retired TPD crisis negotiator Tyrone Lynn.
