Rogers State senior forward Logan Froese was named to the All-Sooner Athletic Conference Women's Basketball Tournament team.
Lubbock Christian's Kelsey Canavan was named the tournament most valuable player helping the Lady Chaps to the tournament title defeating No. 2-ranked Oklahoma City 77-64 Saturday afternoon.
LCU's Haley Burton earned the Hustle Award while teammate Kelsey Hoppel was named to the team as well.
Oklahoma City teammates Desiree Jeffries and Katie Hall rounded out the all-tournament team.
Froese scored 17 points versus Wayland Baptist in Friday's quarterfinal game and totaled 21 points in the Hillcats loss to eventual tournament champion LCU in the semifinals. The Claremore, Okla. native averaged five rebounds in the tournament and 1.5 assists.
Rogers State (23-9) will learn its NAIA Women's National Tournament seed on Wednesday, March 6 in Frankfort, Ky.
