Conductor of TCC Signature Symphony Retiring

After more than three decades on the podium, the artistic director and conductor of the Signature Symphony at Tulsa Community College is retiring.

Dr. G. Barry Epperley founded the ensemble in 1978 and said he didn't want to step down until there was a long-term plan for its future.

Epperley will stay on until July 31.

A search committee will be formed to find a successor.
