A man with a long history of convictions entered a blind plea to two counts of lewd molestation in a Tulsa County court on Monday, February 11, 2013.

Michael Bauhaus, 55, was charged in September following an investigation by Tulsa Police.

Court records say the victim was a 15-year-old boy.

According to the Oklahoma Department of Corrections Bauhaus served time in prison for 15 sodomy convictions, four lewd molestation convictions and two convictions for indecent proposals to a child.  All of the convictions were out of Tulsa County and stem from charges filed in 1985 and 1993.

Bauhaus was released from prison in 1998 and was on probation until 2009.

The Tulsa County District Attorney's Office says Bauhaus is now facing life in prison when he is sentenced on April 1, 2013.
