The Tulsa Shock have re-signed guard Roneeka Hodges to a multi-year deal. Hodges had her best professional season last year, averaging ten points per game. Hodges also grabbed 2.7 rpg and shot 42 percent from the field in 2012. Tulsa acquired Hodges from Indiana in exchange for Karima Christmas on July 7, 2012.

"We are very excited to sign Roneeka Hodges to a multi-year contract," Shock Head Coach Gary Kloppenburg said. "She came to us last year and contributed greatly down the stretch and had some clutch moments to help us win games. She is a hard worker who continues to improve and expand her game, but more importantly she wants to be in Tulsa and is committed to helping us move toward becoming a playoff level team. She had her best year as a pro last year and we look to her to improve on those numbers this year and continue to be a dangerous scoring threat from beyond the arc."

The Shock's home opener will be May 27 against Washington at the BOK Center.
