Tulsa Business Gives Taste Of Summer To Benefit New Hope Oklahoma

It was a beautiful day for a taste of summer and hundreds of people turned out for free snow cones Saturday at Josh's Snow Shack.

Any donations that were given at the event went to the charity, New Hope Oklahoma.

The owner says, once word spread through social media, the line reached 200 people, at one point.

"We always wanted to do something in February, but we thought now that we're hooked up with this charity, it'd be a good time to help them out, and then also give people some summer," said owner Josh Juarez.

New Hope Oklahoma was there, raising awareness about its cause to help kids whose parents are in jail.
