A jackknifed semi in the northbound lanes of Highway 169 near 41st Street is blocking traffic.
According to Tulsa Police, the truck was westbound on the Broken Arrow Expressway when it exited to northbound 169. Police say the driver lost control after entering 169 and the truck hit the center median wall, went back across the highway and off the shoulder then jack knifed.
There were no injuries in the crash.
Police say the truck was carrying mail. Emergency crews discovered a diesel fuel leak when they tried to move it off the roadway.
Police re-opened the two northbound lanes at about 4 p.m.
