Take1 boneless pork chop per person, pound it out with a tenderizer hammer.
Season w/ Head Country dry rub.
Spread peach jelly on top.
Top one end with chopped green onions, mushrooms, tomato,and shredded cheese.
Roll the chop up and wrap with bacon - toothpicks may be needed.
Now either throw them on the grill for 15 minutes per side or wrap in foil and set in the oven at 350 for 45 minutes.
