Salvation Army Holds Disaster Training Weekend In Tulsa

Tulsa residents are preparing in case of a disaster. The Salvation Army held its annual training program this weekend.

People learned how to do a little of everything - from getting supplies to those in need, to simply feeding folks.

"There are times when the salvation army is called into action, to provide food for first responders, victims - or water, maybe it's shelter. Whatever the case may be," said Major Jim Taylor, area commander.
