Tulsa Man Arrested For Fatal Shooting Behind Glenpool Walmart

Investigators arrested a Tulsa man in connection with the shooting death of a man behind the Glenpool Walmart back in October.

OSBI agents and deputies with the Tulsa County Sheriff's Office arrested Robert Andrew Whitt, 27, at his home at 8920 East Marshall Street Tuesday evening.

On October 11, 2012, Mark Coble, 31, was shot and killed behind the Glenpool Walmart.

Glenpool Chief of Police Dennis Waller said two groups of men got into a fight near the new Conference Center at 12205 South Yukon Avenue, near 121st Street South and Highway 75. They said Coble was shot and killed by a man in the other group.

Whitt was booked into the Tulsa County jail on complaints of first degree murder and feloniously pointing a firearm.

Investigators said they anticipate other arrests will be made in this case.
