One person is dead and five others are in a Tulsa hospital following a crash on the Muskogee Turnpike Wednesday afternoon.
The Oklahoma Highway Patrol says a northbound SUV went off the turnpike and rolled six times coming to rest on its wheels.
Troopers say the driver of the 1995 Chevrolet Suburban -- Tiffany Borovetz, 30, of Muskogee -- was killed and all five passengers were injured.
The passengers were taken by medical helicopters and ground ambulances to the hospital. The OHP says they're all from Muskogee and identified them as:
The OHP says Quentin Chaplin and Christopher Crutchfield were thrown from the SUV as rolled. In the troopers report, both were not wearing seat belts.
Clara Chaplin and Dillion Borovetz were pinned until firefighters from Broken Arrow and Coweta were able to rescue them.
The OHP says all the passengers except Clara Chaplin were listed in critical condition. It said Clara Chaplin was listed in stable condition.
Why Borovetz went off the road remains under investigation by the OHP.
