One of Tulsa's biggest hospitals is getting even bigger. Saint Francis held its "topping out" ceremony Monday - putting the last steel beam in place, for a new emergency center.
The eight-story building will be the largest expansion Saint Francis has ever had. Inside will be a new chapel, doctors' offices, and more than 150 beds.
The expansion doubles the size of the hospital's current ER.

"As we anticipate with healthcare reform, many more residents being able to access healthcare services, and we think much of that might come through emergency-type medicine," said David Wagoner, Senior Vice President of Saint Francis.
It's scheduled to be finished by summer of 2014.
