Some Tulsa students got more than their typical cafeteria lunch Tuesday.
Street School students and their families enjoyed a traditional Thanksgiving meal with all the trimmings.
Altogether more than 350 people received a hot meal, served up by some familiar faces, including Tulsa Mayor Dewey Bartlett, State School Superintendent Janet Barresi and TPS Superintendent Keith Ballard.
After the meal, students took time to share what the holiday is all about.
"I'm thankful for working, and I'm thankful that my mom made it today," said student Raenie Wildcat.
"I'm thankful for my family and my friends," said another student, Monica Brown.
News On 6's own Lacie Lowry was also on hand, serving up food Tuesday.
This marks the 31st year Street School has held this Thanksgiving celebration.
