Tulsa Man Arrested For Allegedly Raping Another Man

A Tulsa man is in jail for allegedly raping another man. Cedric Smith, 47, was booked on a complaint of first degree rape Saturday afternoon.

According to jail records, the victim told police he was approached by Smith at the John 3:16 Mission about smoking some marijuana. The victim went with Smith to an abandoned house in the 1800 block of East Virgin where the victim said Smith forced himself on the victim and sexually assaulted him.

The records say the victim later identified Smith to Tulsa Police at the Day Center on West Archer where Smith was arrested.

Bond for Smith was listed at $102,500 with a court date of November 2nd.
