The Tulsa women's soccer team dropped a 2-0 decision to eighth-ranked UCF on Friday night at the UCF Soccer Complex. TU fell to 6-5-2 on the season and 1-3-1 in Conference USA, while the Knights moved to 10-2-1 and 4-1 in the league.
Nicolette Radovcic scored the game-winner at the 42:22 mark from inside the box to give UCF a 1-0 lead heading into halftime. Tishia Jewell made it 2-0 as she punched in a cross from Sokhara Goddall in the 72nd minute.
Jordan O'Brien, Claire Hulcer, Raven Tatum and Stephanie Aitken each had one shot in the contest, while Hayley Harryman logged all 90 minutes between the posts and recorded nine saves.
The Knights had a 17-4 lead in shots, including 11 shots on goal, and a 3-2 lead in corner kicks.
Tulsa will return to action on Sunday against Southern Miss. Game time is set for 1 p.m. in Hattiesburg, Miss.
