A convicted felon was arrested Friday evening after a police officer recognized him as one of Tulsa's Most Wanted.

Police were patrolling near the Town Square Apartments, in the 1600 block of East Young Street, when the officer spotted Marquis Jajuan Clark, 23, walking around in public view, an arrest report says.

As the officer was making the arrest, he asked Clark if he had any weapons, to which Clark replied, "Yeah, I got a gun under my arm," according to the report.

A semi-automatic pistol then fell from under Clark's arm, the officer said.

Clark was booked into the Tulsa County jail on numerous warrants in cases dating back to 2007, including shooting with intent to kill, robbery with a firearm, possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony, first-degree robbery, possession of a firearm while under Department of Corrections supervision and numerous traffic violations.

He is being held in lieu of $306,381.10 bond.

Clark was added to Tulsa's Most Wanted list on Monday.
